How do I know a piece will fit?
Check the width, depth and height on the product page, then mark the footprint in your room with removable tape. Leave comfortable walking space and enough room to open doors and drawers. Measure the route into your home as well as the final position.
Are the colors exactly as shown?
Lighting and screens can change the appearance of fabric and wood. Natural grain and small tonal differences can also vary between pieces. Check the specific item’s finish and dimensions before ordering.
How do I choose a bed size?
Choose one of the available sizes on the product page before adding the item to your cart. Check both the mattress size and the overall bed-frame dimensions. Mattresses, bedding and styling accessories are not included unless explicitly listed.
What does shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders over $39. Eligible US orders at $39 or below have an $8 shipping charge; the threshold uses the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before shipping and tax. The available method appears at checkout.
Can I change or return an order?
Contact the store with your order number as soon as possible. Changes depend on fulfillment status. Request return instructions before sending a piece back. Include the item name, order number and reason for the request so we can confirm the available next steps.
